Ingredients for the Big Boy Pizza:
3 cloves garlic , chopped
1 onion, chopped
Artichokes
slices of chorizo
roasted red peppers
homemade tomato sauce
fresh green peppers
mince meat ( 100g) I used 1/2 burger meat
fresh thyme
Note: The quantity of the ingredients is totally up to you. It will depend on how much you like in your pizza and also on the size. Feel free to put as much as you like making sure each slice has a bit of everything. Check the pictures for guidance
